• Greet clients with enthusiasm
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Schedule daily appointments
• Organize next day procedures
• Scan and upload patient documents
• Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies
• Educate clients on best pet care recommendations
• Respond appropriately to emergencies when they arise
• Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients
• Work closely with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive the best care
• Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.

• Strong relationship building and bonding skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Great memory for client and patient names, ability to greet them by name

• Must be computer savvy
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Veterinary experience is preferred
