At Thrive Terrell Plaza, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to pets and exceptional service to their families. We’re looking for a dedicated full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our practice and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for our clients and their pets.
Hospital Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-12pm
Full-time: 4 day, 10 hour shift with rotating Saturdays

Position Summary:
The Veterinary Client Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in maintaining a positive, professional, and compassionate environment. This role involves client communication, scheduling, recordkeeping, and coordination between clients and the medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner (in person and by phone)
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage reminder systems
- Accurately maintain client and patient records in the practice management system
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and invoice processing
- Communicate estimates, services, and follow-up care clearly to clients
- Coordinate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient flow
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and supply orders
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-desk/reception area
- Manage sensitive or emotional client situations with empathy and discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience (veterinary or medical office preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion for animals and their people
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or CSR
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with practice management software
