Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 - $16 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Job Summary:
As a customer service representative, you will be a key player in building relationships and providing experience in serving our clients' appointment and medical needs. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced doctors and technicians and opportunities to grow within your profession!
Job Duties:
- Greet clients with enthusiasm, answer multi-line phone system
- Gather patient history/information; educate clients on annual care
- Schedule daily appointments, organize next day procedures
- File patient documents
- Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies
- Respond to emergencies when they arise
- Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients
- Work with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive the best care

- Ability to create strong and memorable interactions with every client
- Strong relationship building and bonding skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organized and able to multi-task in a busy work setting
- Great memory for client and patient names, ability to greet them by name

- Positive, will-do attitude
- Veterinary experience is preferred but not required
