Veterinarian Incentive Plan (VIP)

Our industry-first program is built to celebrate collective success and boost your earnings. At no additional cost or investment you can share in the growth and success of our company, 1/3 of the total VIP award is tenure-based, and 2/3 is rewarded by company performance. After five years within our network, you ​​​​​​​could earn $150,000 to $450,000, depending on companywide and individual production performance!
