Certified Thrive Leader Program
Become a strong and impactful leader through live workshops, spending time with other leaders, and working through things together to develop valuable skills and helping each other to become better leaders.

In-depth emotional intelligence training offered to anyone who wants to enhance their skillset EQ toolbox. 
Elevate
Six individual workshops including: change management, servant leadership, giving and receiving feedback, commando conversations, time management, and emotional well-being.
Accelerate
Learn fundamentals of marketing, people operations, expense management, finance, recruiting and IT, and more. All while partner with PMs, vets, and vet techs to learn everything of what they do in the administration of their hospitals.
QPR
The first step in suicide prevention is knowing what to do and where to turn for help – whether for yourself or a colleague. The QPR Gatekeeper certification course trains team members to use the Question-Persuade-Refer communication tool and provides methods of offering hope to those in crisis through positive action.
